Tom’s Coffee was founded in 2005 by Tom Hawkins. It has now become one of the leading mobile coffee businesses for events in the UK with a prestigious client base that is growing daily.

Predominantly working at events around London, but not limited by this, we have a team of professional event staff that will look after your every need to ensure your activation is a huge success. Our goal is to add as much value as we possibly can by delivering a professional service from the initial enquiry right through to the delivery of the event. I founded the business in 2005 fresh out of university and saw an opportunity to develop a company that can add real value to the B2B market place. I get tremendous pleasure building a team that can deliver incredible experiential outcomes for our blue chip client base. Working with the likes of many of the high street brands in the fashion, automotive and retail sectors means we have to be constantly on top of our game and always at the forefront of innovation. I am incredibly grateful to have such a dedicated, loyal hard working team who will always go the extra mile for our clients and add as much value as possible.


Operations Manager

I like to think of myself as Tom’s Coffee ‘go to’ person, a multi-tasker responsible for keeping our UK and Europe operations running like clockwork., I work in close collaboration with the operations team and meticulously plan each event with great detail weeks before it goes live. Having worked my way up the ranks at Tom’s Coffee, I have a great relationship with all the team and our clients, understanding what is needed to make every event successful.


Head Barista

I have been with Tom’s Coffee for a long time and am passionate about learning all there is to know about coffee. I regularly train our operations team in the art of extraction, latte art and steaming milk and oversee quality control of all our drinks at events to ensure the company’s high standards are met, even when we are live at several events around Europe or the UK at the same time. Each team has a video call with me before going live to run through the extraction times of our drinks, thus ensuring quality.

I am from Portugal originally, but have made my new home at Tom’s Coffee. We have a great team and work long hours but this is made so much easier by having a competent team around me. I spend the majority of my time in London at events and love every minute of it.

My years in the events Industry with Tom’s Coffee have given me some challenging and exciting experiences. Our company set the bar so high when operational, meaning we all have to perform at optimal levels and this what I love about my job. We all work with great pride and enthusiasm. I have been to some amazing events and really enjoy working with the great clients we have.

My role at Tom’s Coffee has turned me into a real coffee snob! I now only drink ‘proper’ coffee and the best part of the job is working with the top class clients at great venues around Europe. I really enjoy each day being different and my favourite event so far has to be the IP expo in Lisbon.



I have been working with Tom for many years and deal with all his administrative matters. I deal with staff payroll, company invoicing and all the bookkeeping for the business. Recently the business has grown enormously and we are all busier than ever!
