Predominantly working at events around London, but not limited by this, we have a team of professional event staff that will look after your every need to ensure your activation is a huge success. Our goal is to add as much value as we possibly can by delivering a professional service from the initial enquiry right through to the delivery of the event. I founded the business in 2005 fresh out of university and saw an opportunity to develop a company that can add real value to the B2B market place. I get tremendous pleasure building a team that can deliver incredible experiential outcomes for our blue chip client base. Working with the likes of many of the high street brands in the fashion, automotive and retail sectors means we have to be constantly on top of our game and always at the forefront of innovation. I am incredibly grateful to have such a dedicated, loyal hard working team who will always go the extra mile for our clients and add as much value as possible.
Event Barista
Jake has recently joined team and is always upbeat, super reliable whilst being a maestro on the machines. Clients are already asking for him by name!
Head of Events
Freddie is our main representative at any event and heads up our large team of baristas. He is a fountain of knowledge for anything coffee related and has been working alongside Tom for over ten years. He is extremely experienced in all areas of events and is the main point of contact for clients once they have booked in with Miguel and our booking team. Freddie runs his operations teams like clockwork and our clients love working with him.

My years in the events Industry with Tom’s Coffee have given me some challenging and exciting experiences. Our company set the bar so high when operational, meaning we all have to perform at optimal levels and this what I love about my job. We all work with great pride and enthusiasm. I have been to some amazing events and really enjoy working with the great clients we have.
Accounts
I have been working with Tom for many years and deal with all his administrative matters. I deal with staff payroll, company invoicing and all the bookkeeping for the business. Recently the business has grown enormously and we are all busier than ever!
The Team on the Bar
Our event baristas include Ewan, Kai, Fai, Steve, Lucy and Chloe — trained to deliver speciality coffee and latte art at events across the UK and Europe.
