For one of our most recent events, we were selected to deliver a premium two-day coffee experience for the hotel during their conference within the hotel’s event spaces.
The objective was simple: create a luxury café experience that matched the exceptional standards expected by both Four Seasons and their corporate client.
Luxury hotels are built on impeccable service, and every supplier working within them is expected to deliver to the same exceptionally high standards.
The client wanted far more than great coffee. They wanted experienced, personable baristas who would actively engage with delegates, provide consistently outstanding espresso-based drinks and become a natural extension of the hotel’s renowned hospitality.
Every coffee needed to reflect the premium nature of the event while maintaining speed, consistency and flawless presentation throughout two busy days of service.
To meet the brief, Tom’s Coffee installed a fully branded speciality coffee bar within the event space, complete with branded coffee cups and custom coffee stencil branding to reinforce the client’s identity with every drink served.
The event was delivered by two of our most experienced baristas, Stuart and Ewan, whose expertise, professionalism and engaging personalities ensured every guest received exceptional service throughout the conference.
Using our exclusive River Coffee Signature Blend, every espresso-based drink was crafted to speciality coffee standards, delivering rich flavour, perfect extraction and complete consistency from the first coffee served to the last.
By combining premium coffee, luxury presentation and genuinely engaging hospitality, we created a coffee experience that complemented the prestige of Four Seasons while exceeding the expectations of Roth Capital and their guests.

Over two days, our team produced an incredible 1,426 handcrafted speciality coffees, demonstrating the ability to maintain exceptional quality while operating at high volume.

Between them, Stuart and Ewan worked a combined 38 hours, ensuring guests received consistently exceptional service throughout the conference.
Most importantly, both Four Seasons and Roth Capital were delighted with the experience, praising the quality of the coffee, the professionalism of our team and the way our baristas interacted naturally with delegates to create a genuine luxury hospitality experience.
