The Coffee
Rare, small-batch coffees.
For Signature Reserve, we’ve partnered with River Coffee Roastery to offer a selection of exceptional coffees sourced from rare, small-batch micro-lots.
These aren’t your everyday coffees. They’re selected for their quality, flavour and distinctive characteristics, then prepared by our most experienced baristas.
Whether it’s a rich espresso, a perfectly made flat white or a beautifully presented cappuccino, each drink is made individually and served in fine porcelain cups — never a takeaway cup in sight.
We can also offer speciality matcha and a small selection of signature drinks.
The Dalston Coffee Bar

At the centre of Signature Reserve is the Dalston, our handcrafted coffee bar.
Finished in walnut slats, with a soft LED glow beneath the base, it’s a piece of furniture in its own right and looks equally at home in a luxury showroom, private office or exclusive event space.
We’ve deliberately kept the presentation simple. Fine cups, exceptional coffee and an immaculate setup, with none of the usual clutter associated with event catering.
Branding can be incorporated where required, but we prefer to keep it subtle.
A Different Approach

Our regular coffee bars are designed to serve large numbers of guests throughout the day.
Signature Reserve is different.
We’ve designed it for occasions where there might only be 20, 30 or 50 guests, but where the coffee service needs to be particularly special.
With fewer drinks to prepare, our baristas can spend more time with each guest, explain the coffees on offer and ensure every drink is made and presented to the highest standard.
There’s no rush and no pressure to serve hundreds of coffees. Just excellent coffee and attentive, professional service.

Pricing
from £1,995+ VAT
Our Signature Reserve experience includes the Dalston handcrafted coffee bar, one of our senior baristas, our specially selected coffees from River Coffee Roastery and porcelain serviceware.
Packages start at £1,995 + VAT for up to 50 drinks over four hours.
Longer events, additional guests and bespoke requirements can all be accommodated.
